All candidate's cover letters, resumes, and client requested documents to be submitted directly to Sājet Solutions.
All submitted resume packets to be evaluated and vetted: employment, training, and professional references confirmed and verified.
First phase of selectees to complete the Sājet Personality & Communication Assessment and scenario-focused essay.
Assessments evaluated by
Sājet's Human Behavior Consultant.
After the completion of assessment and essay evaluation, selectees proceed to an interview by phone (:30 minutes).
The advanced selectees proceed to the final phase of the recruitment/selection process - Sājet virtual interview (1:00 hour and recorded).
Sājet Solutions will present the designated number of selected candidates to client for final review and processing.
