INSIGHT THAT POWERS PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY
At Sājet Solutions, assessments are more than diagnostics — they’re a strategic tool for building high-performing, resilient teams. Our emotional intelligence and behavioral evaluations (including EQ-i2 and DiSC®) reveal thinking styles, communication patterns, and decision-making tendencies that directly influence operational performance. Each assessment is tailored for aviation and includes a comprehensive analysis and debrief led by Dr. Shari Frisinger, ensuring that insights translate into clear, actionable development steps. With this deeper understanding, organizations can strengthen team dynamics, reinforce safety culture, and support meaningful professional growth.

The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi2) is the world’s leading measure of emotional intelligence, applying decades of research to support effective human performance and development. Emotional intelligence skills are critical for building relationships and teams, resolving conflict, solving problems, leading effectively and building resilience.
These assessments put the emphasis on your workplace performance (impulse control, self-awareness) and your leadership effectiveness (decision-making, flexibility, situational awareness) in the context of emotional intelligence.
Sājet Solutions provides two types of emotional intelligence (EQi2) assessment reports - one tailored for leaders and the other for workplace members who are not in leadership roles. Both reports share a common structure, comprising five categories with three elements within each. The underlying assessment is the same, but the scoring differentiates the reports.
The EQ-i 360 is a multi-rater emotional intellegence (EI) assessment that combines a self-assessment with feedback from others, such as supervisors, peers, and direct reports.
All EQ-i participants receive a one-on-one evaluation with Dr. Shari, who will provide tremendous insight and an overview of your assessment results.
Dr. Shari offers various coaching programs tailored to capitalize on your strengths and minimize your weaknesses.

The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report evaluates emotional intelligence (EI) through four key dimensions—Authenticity, Coaching, Insight, and Innovation - tailored to the needs of business aviation safety. By benchmarking against top-performing leaders, the report identifies strengths and potential development areas crucial for promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.
The Leadership Report highlights which EI skills could present risks to leadership effectiveness, guiding strategic coaching and selection decisions to build future safety leaders. Leaders are evaluated against the gold bar standard, representing the upper range of EI scores from high-performing professionals. This targeted assessment helps organizations identify and develop leaders who foster a culture of safety and operational excellence. This targeted assessment provides actionable insights to support leadership growth and helps aviation organizations pinpoint high-EI individuals ready for safety-critical roles.
The Executive Summary Page highlights the leader’s top three and bottom three EI subscales, pinpointing strengths that drive safety and performance as well as areas needing development to support a safety-first culture.
The Leadership Potential Page summarizes how each EI skill aligns with the four key safety leadership competencies. The Leadership Derailer section identifies low EI areas that could pose risks to effective safety leadership.
