Ever notice how a member of your team effortlessly is "the fit" for their position, while others struggle to understand the process or must consider all the details before they can make an informed decision?
Awareness of, and understanding individual tendencies can lead to a more productive team, stronger safety culture, and a higher level of customer and employee satisfaction. Recognizing and identifying thinking and behavior tendencies provides a strong foundation for professional and personal improvement, along with career advancement.
The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i2) is the world’s leading measure of emotional intelligence, applying decades of research to support effective human performance and development. Emotional intelligence skills are critical for building relationships and teams, resolving conflict, solving problems, leading effectively and building resilience.
This assessment puts the emphasis on your workplace performance (impulse control, self-awareness) and your leadership effectiveness (decision-making, flexibility, situational awareness) in the context of emotional intelligence.
ASSSESSMENT PARTICIPATION
It will take you between 20-30 minutes to take the EQi2, and it must be done in one sitting. Please allow ample time so you are not rushed to complete it.
We ask that you put yourself in your 'work' frame of mine, as your responses could be different outside of your work environment. Be honest in your responses - respond as you are now, not as you would like to be or as you are working towards becoming. We ask that you avoid answering with a '3', as that can skew your results. No one will see your results except us (and we won't tell anyone!) and whomever you decide to share it with.
Your results may be combined with others for research purposes; rest assured that these results will contain no identifying information.
All EQ-i 2.0® participants receive a one-on-one virtual evaluation with Dr. Shari, who will provide tremendous insight and an overview of your assessment results.
Dr. Shari offers various coaching programs tailored to capitalize on your strengths and minimize your weaknesses.
