ASSESSMENT COACHING EVALUATION
All DiSC® and EQ-i 2.0® participants receive a one-on-one virtual evaluation with Dr. Shari, who will provide tremendous insight and an overview of your assessment results.
Dr. Shari offers various coaching programs tailored to capitalize on your strengths and minimize your weaknesses.
Sājet assists flight department's with development of customized programs, ranging from launching or transitioning the type of flight operation, such as; transitioning from FAR91 to FAR125, cabin safety standards, CRM/Communication and team building programs. All programs are a blend of theory and practical course development and can be conducted virtually or onsite -or- a combination of both.
You as the client, have the option of the Sājet team conducting the training program(s) or conducting the Train the Trainer option for your team to conduct it internally.
STANDARDS & CABIN SAFETY PROGRAMS
Specifically for flight departments and/or lead trainers, with an existing internal standards training program in place -or- are looking to create and/or conduct in-house training for their flight operation. We assist in developing an engaging and thorough program and implementing a cabin safety culture of standards and procedures.
