This course presents you with seven areas and situations that may be ethical conundrums, or may be clearly unethical. This is an excellent course for your department’s discussions and meetings along with a chance to explore other ‘realities’.

Leadership today has evolved from the “do as I say!” Captainitis-authoritarian style to a more flexible people-, company- and stakeholder-focused style. Toxic behaviors, petty conflicts, and hidden agendas have no place in today’s competitive business aviation environment. Every team member brings their own unique set of characteristics to the department; and the responsibilities to maximize one’s potential, job satisfaction and safety procedures have evolved to encompass both the leader and the team member. The leader sees the view from the balcony, directing and orchestrating the team to adhere to safety standards, exceptional customer service, and collaboration (where appropriate) for the benefit of all.
This PDP course will add numerous tools to your toolbox: an understanding of interpersonal interactions along with a variety of methods to mentor or be mentored, capitalize on group dynamics, maximize performance, assess the ethics of actions, and communicate clearly to everyone with whom you interact.
Featuring: Standards and Emergency Procedures/Egress Training, (which can include Inflight First Aid, CPR/AED certification) for business aviation flight operations.
Virtual Courses: FAR's and Regulations, Crew & Passenger Briefings, CRM, Human Factors, TEM, Cabin Safety and Emergency Procedures, Inflight Fire and Smoke, Decompression and Hypoxia Awareness, Fatigue, Search and Survival, Travel Safety and General First Aid, CPR and AED certification (American Heart Association 2-year). Approximately 16 total virtual training hours scheduled over a timeline that works best for our clients.
Onsite: Combined with a 1-day onsite hands-on training aboard your aircraft.
All programs are designed to meet FAR's 91, 91K, 125, and 135, CAR's, ICAO, IS-BAO, BASC, and IS-BAH compliancies and best practices.
